PROSA, Mexico's premier ATM network, selects Transoft International, Inc. to provide Currency Management Solution

Cary, NC & Mexico City July 21, 2004 -- Transoft International, Inc., the recognized leader in currency management solutions, is pleased to announce that PROSA, the largest transaction processor in Mexico, has chosen the latest version of OptiCa$h and OptiNet to manage currency funding chain across a wide network of ATMs in Latin America, including sites in Mexico, El Salvador and Puerto Rico.

PROSA underwent an extensive selection process and evaluation of several available currency management solutions, taking into account benefits, technological advantages and product maturity. OptiCa$h was chosen due to ability to provide an accurate forecast and feature richness encompassing different business environments – an important element to PROSA, providing services to different banks. The Front End Operations team stated "Our customers are diverse with individual needs.
